Residential Conveyancing;

Remortgage - £325.00 +VAT & Disbs.

Home Improvement Packs (HIPS);

The above quotes are based on FulL local searches and madatory items required, and therefore may differ slightly. Jackson Barrett & Gass charge no fee for the creation of HIPS, as part of our conveyancing service. HIPs ordered separately, will be subject to a £58.75 administration charge.

Lasting Power of Attorney;

Individual LPA - £175 +VAT
Both LPAs (PA + PW) or 2 individual LPAs (i.e. husband & wife or civil partners) - £300 +VAT, + court registration fee (£150 each power)

Probate;

Our fees are dependent upon the size of the estate by value and number of assets. Please contact us for further details and a tailored quotation based upon the Law Society's recommended guideline charges.

Wills;

We charge the following fixed fees to be fully inclusive, including taking initial instructions from you, preparing draft for your approval, preparing engrossment and attending upon you for execution.

Standard Single Will - £90.00 +VAT
Standard Mirror Will - £175.00 +VAT
Severance of Joint Tenancy - £100.00 +VAT
Mirror Nil Rate Band/"Half House" Will - £275.00 +VAT
Mirror Mini Discretionary Will Trust - £550.00 +VAT
Mirror Nil Rate Band Property Trust with Debt Provision - £1200.00 +VAT
